PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge. Let the pampering begin!

Payment

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, The Skin Lounge Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

Children Under 12

For their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 12 years of age are not permitted during services and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.

Cancellation Policy

The Skin Lounge adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call me at (970) 999-1010. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).
