The Inner Balance
Blueprint.

Understanding our bodies. Embracing change. Redefining what it means to age well.

In collaboration with Hydrate IV Bar Fort Collins and Ideal Metabolic Health Fort Collins

The story

Aging is inevitable.
Understanding it is a choice.

The Inner Balance Blueprint was an intimate women’s wellness evening hosted by Amna Rafiq, founder of The Skin Lounge, on April 29, 2025 at NOCO Beehive in Fort Collins, Colorado. Created in collaboration with Hydrate IV Bar and Ideal Metabolic Health, it brought together a panel of experts to talk openly about hormones, skin health, nutrition, hydration and aging well.

As women move through their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, hormones, energy, sleep, mood and skin all begin to change, and the information out there is often scattered and contradictory. This evening was created to change that: a warm, elevated space to sit with knowledgeable professionals, ask real questions, and leave with a clearer understanding of what is happening in our bodies.

The expert panel

Five perspectives,
one conversation.

Skin, hormones, nutrition and the nervous system are connected, yet each deserves thoughtful, individual care. That is why the evening brought several disciplines into one room.

A new chapter

Introducing
ARCONA.

Skincare you experience, not just buy.

The evening also marked the arrival of ARCONA Skincare at The Skin Lounge. Guests came with clean, makeup-free skin so they could try selected products on their own faces, guided by ARCONA educator Sheila Ruhafas.

The following day, attendees were invited to complimentary facial appointments with a certified ARCONA representative, for a more personal introduction to the range.
